Autumn in Washington Square

It’s Washington Square Park on a balmy November afternoon. The sun, low in the sky, casts a warm and radiant light through the tree, highlighting its autumnal hues. The clouds appear to radiate from the center, just like the branches and shadows of the tree. The grass and leaves adopt the textures of the clouds, creating an otherworldly atmosphere. NYU’s Bobst Library and Kimmel Center as well as the Judson Memorial Church can be seen in the background, with the latter’s tower partially eclipsed by the tree.
