This is Grand Street, SoHo, looking west from West Broadway, late on a quiet Sunday morning. Composed almost entirely of diagonals, here figures on (Burberry) billboards tower over pedestrians walking their dogs. Both the blues and greens tie the foreground to the background, while the reds help form a center. Linear perspective is broken up by the billboards and street in the background, which are at odd angles to Grand Street. More figures appear like ghosts in reflections in the store windows.
